Marshall was born in Altoona, son of the late Wilson Robinson and Ruth ( Ditcher) Morris.

 

Marshall is survived by three sons; Timothy Hoffman of Altoona, Aaron Morris of Pittsburg and Ryan Morris of Altoona, three daughters;  Marsha Hoffman of Altoona, Rashida Horton of Altoona and Katherine Morris of Altoona, 5 grandchildren, two brothers; Clarence Morris of Altoona, Eddie Morris of OR, and a sister Amandaliz of New York.
