Dorothy Rouzer was a lady of beauty and beautiful precepts. She was loved by all who knew her and a family matriarch to be emulated. We were privileged to have shared aspects of her life and we shall miss her very much, especially those meaningful conversations about family and friends. Dorothy will not be forgotten friends are the family we get to choose for ourselves in this life, and friends are loved. Paul and Dorothy are now re-united.
